Aurora North, an industry leader known for providing advanced technology solutions to law firms all over the world, is currently hiring an Intake Quality Assurance Engineer to work on our document automation team within the product engineering team.
The Intake QA Engineer role is primarily focused around automation and scalability of document processing leveraged by today’s modern law firms. Monitoring and maintenance of existing automation solutions, technical investigations, report development and efficient professional communication are core elements of the Intake QA position. This position has opportunities to utilize and enhance skills related to SQL query development for investigations and reporting tools and to provide polished technical support to a very advanced product development department.
Document processing automation is quickly becoming a cornerstone of operations for modern business and the law firms serviced by Aurora North. As a member of the document automation team the Intake QA engineer will have very close access to the technical workings and business logistics associated with advancing scalable business and technical solutions to an increasingly common real-world business challenge.

This team member will support the document automation team within our product engineering group to provide the highest level of consistent document delivery essential to our clients’ daily operations. An ideal candidate has a four-year degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering focus and is eager to learn and gain real world experience in a fast-paced high-tech environment.
