Aurora North expands “IP Dream Team” with addition of veteran from Anaqua and Microsoft
BURLINGTON, Vermont — July 14, 2022 — Aurora North today announced that Tammy Krieger has joined as Head of IP Client Services. In this role, she is focusing on accelerating client success with Aurora North PracticeLink software, which centralizes law firm IP prosecution workflows. She brings nearly thirty years of multi-disciplinary experience in IP operations, having previously worked in senior roles in-house in the corporate legal department at Microsoft, and on the client services teams of major technology vendors including Anaqua.
Krieger comes to Aurora North from SaaS platform RainFocus, where she served as vice president of client success. Previously, she served as regional director of client services at Anaqua, a provider of intellectual property software and services. Before that, she worked at Lees & Hayes PLLC, the consulting and advisory services arm of Lee & Hayes PC law firm, where she led a team in business and IP valuation and analysis. Other past roles have included VP of Products at IP Street. She was at Microsoft for 11 years, most recently serving as group manager for Patent Operations.
“As law firm demand for our IP consulting services and software continues to grow, we are delighted to expand our team with another expert of Tammy’s caliber,” said Chris Kave, principal, Aurora North Software. “We are as committed as ever to taking the time to understand what makes each of our clients unique, and in tailoring the software solutions and services we deliver to their specific needs.”
“As an IP operations strategist at heart, my passion is to help firms achieve excellence in IP operations management, and Aurora North definitely shares that passion,” says Tammy Krieger. “Having worn many professional hats, I value building consensus among key stakeholders, and helping clients deconstruct complexity to streamline their processes. From the early years of my career, I often wished for a user-centric environment centralizing IP prosecution. That is exactly what Aurora North has built with PracticeLink, and I’m tremendously excited to work with law firms to adopt this solution and thrive.”
