But executing on any vision for change brings challenge in almost any organization. This session will focus on tips, tricks and advice for translating idea into reality at your firm.

Brian Aitchison from Aurora North and Stephanie Sanders from Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton will share lessons learned, stories and advice from their diverse histories working to implement change in IP operations. They’ll focus on practical approaches not only for both broad innovation, but also for incremental improvement.

The floor will also be open for audience Q&A, discussion and contribution.
